Our organization was founded and is led by the chief executive officer, Candice J. Hunter, Ph.D., MBA, SPHR. Dr. Hunter has almost three decades of experience in corporate and higher education industries, serving organizations with 10 to 15,000 employees. Her roles have included senior management consultant, vice president of HR, department chairperson, people and culture leader, chief of staff, and adjunct professor. Her research focuses on mitigating career derailment of women leaders by addressing the alignment between personal values and organizational culture.
In 2021, she received the Donald Gatzke Outstanding Dissertation Award from the American Association of University Administrators (AAUA) for her organizational culture research.
