- Dr. Hunter is a business psychologist, human resources leader, and educator with 25 years of experience.
- Dr. Hunter specializes in building the leadership capacity of individuals and teams within organizations with an emphasis on women leaders through the lens of personal values and organizational culture.
- She has served in leadership roles including Vice President and Chief of Staff in both corporate and education settings. Her higher education experience includes direct leadership roles at Broward College, Miami Dade College, the University of Miami, and Richmond Public Schools.
- Dr. Hunter is an experienced faculty member and facilitator having served at the University of Richmond, Florida International University, Broward College, and Miami Dade College.
- Dr. Hunter was the recipient of the 2021 Donald Gatzke Outstanding Dissertation Award from the American Association of University Administrators (AAUA).
Paula Thomas, Ph.D., MA
- Dr. Thomas is a professional certified coach and business psychologist with over 23 years of experience in corporate settings.
- Dr. Thomas specializes in increasing organizational value through people with a keen eye on the impact of culture on performance.
- Her research found that, "employees who make meaning of their work as a calling inculcate stronger attitudes and beliefs towards their work in general." These findings remain consistent across different economies.
- Dr. Thomas is a senior faculty member and facilitator with 13 years of experience at The Arthur Lok Jac Global School of Business in Trinidad & Tobago.
- Dr. Thomas is a published author whose work focuses on the topics: work ethic, work orientation, generational cohorts, the future of work, and organizational culture.
